Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Islam Nashaat ("we", "us") handles information when you use IN Auto Translate – Translation Toolkit for WPML.

Translation requests

When you request an automatic translation using MyMemory, the plugin sends the selected text, source and target language codes, and—if you entered one—your contact email to the MyMemory translation service. MyMemory processes this information under its own privacy policy and terms. Translation content is not sent to our Google Sheet.

Optional email storage

The plugin offers a separate, optional checkbox asking whether we may store your email address to manage and measure use of the free-access feature and improve the service. This is not a newsletter subscription and we do not use this consent to send marketing emails.

If you agree, the plugin sends the following to our Google Apps Script endpoint and Google Sheet:

• your email address;
• the date and time of consent;
• the plugin version, consent-policy version, and source label.

If you do not agree, the plugin does not send your email to our storage endpoint. Declining storage does not prevent the plugin from sending the email directly to MyMemory when you request MyMemory's documented higher free allowance.

Purpose and legal basis

We store the optional information only with your consent, to administer and measure the feature and improve the plugin. We do not sell this information.

Service providers

Google provides the Apps Script and Google Sheets infrastructure used for optional email storage. MyMemory provides the external translation service. These providers may process information according to their own policies.

Retention and security

We retain consent records for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or a longer period is required by law. Access to the Google Sheet is restricted to authorized account users. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may decline optional storage. You may also request access to or deletion of an email record by contacting us at islamnashaat03@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify that you control the email address.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the plugin or its data practices change. We will update the effective date and policy version when material changes are made.
